Ivona specializes in clients who purchase and sell homes, condos and income and commercial property in the city of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

Ivona has consistently stayed in the top 3% of all Chicago Realtors and is a recipient of Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, which requires a personal performance to be in the top 6% of all sales associates across the country. She has also earned a membership in Re/Max’s 100% Club, an honor that is awarded to an elite group of Re/Max top producers. She was also consistently one of Re/Max top income earning agents in the Chicago Land Area.

In 2009 she has launched House Quest Inc. with her long time business associate Gary Dailey a highly ranked Real Estate Broker. Together, they want to provide their clients with excellent service consisting of detailed appraisal, professional marketing and negotiating skills learned and practiced over many years.

Gary Dailey

Broker Owner

Gary Dailey was born and raised in Chicago and began his real estate career in 1986. His areas of expertise are the city of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

During his career, he has been salesperson of the month at least 80 times. He has achieved a membership in Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society, which put him in the top 6% of sales agents across the nation. He has also received equivalent awards from Century 21 and Re/Max. He has been recognized as a top producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors, which put him in the top 3% of realtors in the Chicago Land Area.

Gary has also completed real estate appraisal courses, which give him an extra edge when it comes to pricing residential and commercial real estate. This is especially important in the current real estate market when many times properties are under appraised by the buyer‘s lender. When it happened, Gary was able to find errors and get the appraisals reversed to the original sales price, so the transaction could close.
